Cancellation Policy
Aja’s Hair Creations Cancellation Policy
At Aja’s Hair Creations, we value your time and ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations 24 hour notice will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
• No-shows, same day cancellation will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment, and a late fee may apply.
A credit card is required on file to book your appointment. This ensures our cancellation policy is respected and allows us to better serve all clients.
We understand that emergencies happen! If something unexpected comes up, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
